Steve Yoelin, M.D., is an ophthalmologist based in Orange County, CA, with over 25 years of experience in minimally invasive medical aesthetics, such as dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, neurotoxins, and fat reduction. He serves as a strategic advisor to companies ranging in size from innovative early-stage startups to multibillion-dollar industry leaders. He also operates a private practice focusing on injectable medical aesthetics procedures and has a multi-year waitlist, which he has built exclusively from repeat visits and word-of-mouth referrals. He has trained other clinicians through 2,500+ industry-sponsored global training programs and hundreds of continuing medical education (CME) programs. He has also led dozens of clinical trials (Phases 1 – 4), investigator Initiated trials (IITs) and has authored or co-authored many peer-reviewed journal articles, posters, presentations, and a book chapter. He has also been awarded several patents for his research. He has co-conducted dozens of fresh-frozen cadaver dissections over the past several years. He completed his ophthalmology residency at and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California, Irvine. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture science and management, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Davis, where he was a member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
